How many syringes will I need?
Every face is unique. During your consultation, we will assess your facial structure and recommend the number of syringes needed to achieve a soft, natural, and balanced result.
Do I have to use all syringes in one visit?
In most cases, yes. This ensures optimal facial balancing and cohesive results. Your provider will guide you based on your goals.
Can syringes be shared or split?
For safety and medical compliance, partial syringes cannot be shared between clients.
However, full syringes may be split between two individuals during the same appointment, with an additional $75 fee per person.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your treatment total.
What is a Good Faith Exam (GFE)?
A Good Faith Exam is a medical clearance completed by a Nurse Practitioner via telehealth. This is required annually prior to receiving injectable treatments.
What is the downtime?
You may experience mild swelling, tenderness, or bruising for several days. Most clients return to normal activities the same or next day.
How long do results last?
Results typically last 6–18 months, depending on the treatment area, product used, and individual metabolism.
Who is NOT a candidate for treatment?
You may not be eligible if you have:
• Pregnancy or are breastfeeding
• Active skin infections, acne, or inflammation in the treatment area
• Active cold sores or herpes simplex virus
• Known allergy to HA fillers, lidocaine, or ingredients
• History of severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis)
• Autoimmune conditions or compromised immune system (case-by-case)
• Bleeding disorders or use of blood thinners
• Recent facial procedures or surgery
• Use of isotretinoin (Accutane) within the past 6–12 months
What should I disclose before treatment?
Please inform your provider if you have a history of:
• Keloid scarring or poor wound healing
• Prior filler or neurotoxin complications
• Upcoming dental work within 2 weeks
• Current medications, supplements, or medical conditions
Can this offer be combined with other promotions?

What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

A medical evaluation and consultation are required prior to treatment to determine eligibility. Certain conditions, including pregnancy, breastfeeding, active skin infections, recent isotretinoin use, or specific medical conditions, may disqualify a client from treatment.
Final candidacy is determined by the provider.
2. What are the risks and possible side effects?
All chemical peels and pigment-correcting treatments carry potential risks, including but not limited to:
• Redness
• Swelling
• Peeling or flaking
• Burning or irritation
• Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
• Hypopigmentation
• Infection
• Scarring (rare)
